I have the 1990 edition of this book. It was kind of a fluke that I bought it, because I have an MBA and have all these text-book-type references on real estate. Boy am I glad I bought it! Those other books I have contain lots of information and leave you totally stressed out about the whole process of buying a home. This slender book is easy to read and simplifies everything, giving you the confidence and stress-reduction you need so you can actually enjoy buying a home!
