Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Lockdown (Sony PlayStation 2, 2005)

MUST HAVE SHOOTER GAME FOR PS2. The actual missions are decent. But forget about all that. Take this game onlinve via broadband. The multiplayer mode is matches of 8 vs 8 players in differnt scenarios like capture the flag or team kill. I love it and find it addictive. I beat the game an dplay mostly online which is the best of its kind...BUY THIS GAME...one of the must have PS@2 games. Been playine this game since OCT 2006

When i bought this game, i didn't know what to expect because some people said it was good others said it was bad, while others said it was ok, no big deal. But when i tried it out i found it really fun to play. The ofline is pretty cool with types of missions and gameplays, but the online is way awesome. Times flies when you are playing it. With game types such as team adversarial, rivalry, co op mission, retrievel, and co op terrorist hunt this game keeps you entertained for hour. So why do i give it a 4/5, well mainly because sometimes when your online the game can kind of lag, a lot, and sometimes can kick you out of rooms or disconnect you. Still its a pretty tight @ss game to play!

The game has a pretty decent setting for the battles and mission to take place.
But the control configuration is nothing like jungle storm and even recon 2 has a different set-up than either of those. so dont get comfortable thinking you are start out kicking butt like in the last one. plus the is too much unnecesary use of explosives to get through certain doors in order to continue on your way. come on now....if this your way of alerting the enemy to my presense, then please....just leave the doors open and catch me with a trip wire or have a less than expert marksman graze me with a shot. toggling through the menu from one weapon to the next is troublesome. other than that the action is great. enemy is all around.

the graphics could have been better but thats on the designers. But overall i am pleased with the game and would recommend it to any1 who likes shooter games.

It has been a long time since I have played such a challenging game. I worked on this one a while but finally finished it. Good graphics, weapons and controls were easy to manage. I highly recommend this game!
