TomTom GO 630T Automotive GPS Receiver

This is the best GPS I've ever bought....I've owned 4.....it does everything I need EASILY....voice commands, multiple destinations...speed warnings.....Don't hesitate to buy this product or from this seller !

We are full-time RVers. This was just what I was looking for since we're not as concerned about traffic reports or costly options we don't use. (those are however available w/ subscription) The lane advisor feature is especially helpful since I need that kind of advice far in advance while hauling a less manuverable 5th wheel RV. Nice viewable screen and easy user interface.

Ok, here is the deal, I have been purchasing gps devices for many years, and have had some good ones, some bad ones, and some better than average ones. This gps is good but not great. The traffic feature that I purchased this for is not very good. Now I have used a garmin with the same feature and had the same mixed results, I live in a major metro area and this should be much better by now. The Iphone maps traffic service (free) works great, the other good one I have used is the Navigon traffic service (also free with some models) and the DASH which works great, but is expensive both for the device and the service. I currently have a Magellan 1470 and its traffic service is good, but has the same problems that the others do. They just can't seem to figure out what would be the best route to take. They will tell you there is traffic ahead, then give you some options, but not better options. Other than that it is just another gps, no better no worse.

This model do not play the music (mp3 or others), the speaker for bluetooth voice is very weak, the batery drain fast if you not plug in. Overal is not a good items - not recomended to buy.

I bought the TomTom GPS few weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the quality of device. Easy to install and easy to follow the diretions.
