Tony Little - Target Training: Total Body Shape-Up & Maintenance (VHS)

A friend of mine has some Tony Little (VHS) Work out Tapes that she let me borrow a couple of years ago and I was very impressed with how little you had to know with such great results. I was actually sad when she wanted them back because I didn't want to quit using them and I didn't have a clue where to find his tapes until now, so I'm really anxious to start working out with his tape again.

Tony is Motivating! His tapes are the best they are easy to follow and its like having your own personal trainer in your living room! Well worth owning if your going to start a work out program! You won't regret it!

let me ask u dont u have the rest of the tapes i know he has other than this from this series i'm looking for top and bottom workout

I like that I got this tape (by itself, usually in stores they are more expensive and you have to buy 3 instead of one) for a really great price and seperate from the other two it usually comes with. I am ready to get in shape for the summer and ebay's helping me! Gotta love EBAY!
