Total Immersion Swimming: Perpetual Motion Freestyle in 10 Lessons (DVD, 2010)

I have read the Total Immersion book prior to buying the video. I had done all the steps and learned the technique. The video reinforced what I had learned from the book.
As a 71 year old swimmer, I was looking at ways toconserve energy while swimming. I have taken every red cross class available prior to learning this method. It really does work to conserve energy using body motion as opposed to arm motion in swimming. For a person of any age,at any level of swimming, this would be an excellent tool to improve your technique.

It will definitely take time in the pool to master every little building block but this a great program. Basically, Terry sets you up from step 1 and you don't move on until its hard-wired and done naturally.

I'm only through lesson 3, and I literally feel twice as confident in the water. I don't know how the rest of the program is, but it's already earned it's cost.

written for those who want to learn how to swim or for those who want to improve and streamline their swimming techniques...very effective presentations

If I could purchase only one DVD to help me race faster, this would be it!
Experienced racers know that you cannot win in the swim, but you can lose it, makes this DVD a must for any triathlete's library.
