I decided to buy this club after falling in love with their CB2 3-wood. I really didn't expect it to be any better than any other driver I've had, and I've had alot, but I was wrong.

This thing is long and straight. I can work the ball left or right if I want to, but it likes to go straight. Mine came with a VS Proto By You shaft.

I have bought lots of clubs and shafts trying to find more distance. Only when I bought this, did I find it.

In the last couple of years, I've had FT-5, R7TP425, R5TP, NVG2Tour, SMT455, J33R, Tour Burner, HiBore and more. I've tried different shafts from Accra, BlueBoards, Whiteboards, YS6+, and many more. These have also been switched around between drivers trying to find a good combo. Not until I tried this club did I find it - right out of the box!

It bores through the wind and has given me 20+ more yards with less effort. It is a perfect high launch, low spin combo for me. Probably for you, too, but I guess that all depends on your swing.

This is not for you if you have problems with a slice, though. The face is 2* open, where most drivers are 1*-2* closed. You may want to try the non tour model. If you hit it straight or have problems with a hook, this is a monster, though.

Got the golf club in 3 business days, looks like new although advertised as used.I decided to buy because I have a 3 wood by the same company (Tour Exotics) and I love it. Wasn't sure about the driver, but buying it used at a great price was worth a try. New was much higher, can't wait for weather to get better to try it out.

    Tour Edge ExoToProto Driver

I've been pretty well hung up on mainstream golf clubs. You know who they are. And the best of them are very, very good. I decided to try something different, just to see, you know? What a happy, happy surprise this Exotics TP turned out to be. I can not only drive the ball a little further, it seems as if I need to expend LESS effort to do it! There seems to me some magic here, something that exceeds the sum of its parts. Me being one of the parts. But the best thing is that I can more accurately control the shot. Need to go straight, it can do that. Want a little draw or fade, it can do that too. All in all, a wonderful golf club! Highly recommended.

    Tour Edge Tour Proto Driver

I didn't like the driver at first because the 9* trajectory was so low...I was playing with a 10* Ping G2. I played several rounds with it and put it up. I then had some extra time to hit a bucket of balls with the two drivers side by side, swapping them every 5 hits. I had move the ball more forward in my stance and got more elevation. The Tour Proto hit straighter and longer than the G2. I decided to use the Tour Proto that day. The first hole was 425yds...my drive was down the middle and 67yds from the pin!!!! It was that way all day long! Can't wait to play with my Brother, who got one of these last Spring!

    Tour looks and feel

This club looks like great traditional drive and has a sound that lets you know you hit a long one. Very forgiving on miss hits and the VS proto gives a boring ball flight.
