Twilight (CD, Nov-2008, Atlantic)

I have never seen the movie, but this is a great soundtrack! With tracks like "Decode" by Paramore, "Leave Out All the Rest" by Linkin Park, "Full Moon" by The Black Ghosts, and "Supermassive Black Hole" by Muse... it's hard not to like it! Other bands on this CD are Mute Math, Perry Farrell, Collective Soul, another track from Paramore ("I Caught Myself"), Blue Foundation, Rob Pattinson, Iron & Wine, and there's an original track, "Bella's Lullaby", from the movie score by composer Carter Burwell. The only tracks I personally didn't like were "Go All the Way (Into the Twilight)" by Perry Farrell, and "Never Think" by Rob Pattinson. Of course, all of that's opinionated... but that's a review! No disrespect to Perry Farrell or Rob Pattinson. Definitely worth picking up, even if you haven't seen the movie.

The Music is Amazing and if you love Rob Pattinson, you will Love this CD!
He has 2 Songs on there: "Let Me Sign" and "Never Think."
Both are Amazing and you can really feel the depth and emotion in them!
And with #1 Bands like Muse - Paramore - and more, it's hard not to love all
the songs on this CD!! Even if your not a Twilight Fan, I would still
recommend buying the CD, because of all the Wonderful Music this CD has to offer. Also, give the Twilight Score a try! I give it 7 out 10 Stars!!

I purchased this CD mainly for three particular songs (Decode by Paramour, Supper Massive Black hole by Muse, and Flightless Bird/American Mouth by Iron & Wine), but I found that I liked all of the other songs on it as well. But even though I now understand the words to the songs, the meaning of Flightless Bird/American Mouth by Iron & Wine still eludes me. Anyone out there know what the h*ll the song is about? Please feel free to email me.

The movie saga is addictive. It is really a great story and not the old blood guts and gore that the old vampire movies were. I like the "Super Massive Black Hole" song that went with the vampires playing baseball. That is one of my favorite segments of the movie. It is awesome. The other music is kind of haunting and I weird. But it goes along with the movie. I decided to buy it because I like listening to that one song. It tells about one person's addiction to another - he says he is a "fool for you and he suffers" and I really think that Jake is a fool for Bella. She uses him to play out her desires for Edward. Also, I think that Bella suffers because she shouldn't have Edward. And the poor Edward suffers because he wants Bella and he doesn't want to kill her and he doesn't want to turn her into a vampire and send her soul to Hell? Then, you have the other suffering and coping in the movie which makes it so great. You see all these people suffering and you kinda forget your own. But it makes for a great movie and this sound track reflects all the actions of the movie. It is great for those who have an addiction to the movie saga. I will buy the other movies and possibly the soundtracks that go with them.

I absolutely love this cd! I love the Twilight books and movies, so I just had to have the soundtrack! And I was very satisfied! I love every song on this cd! The other soundtracks (New Moon and Eclipse) in my opinion, were not as good. But this one was amaizing!

It is painfully lovely because when you hear the music, you remember back to the movie what was happening and the heartache/ romance you felt when you watched it! It is also very relatable to many people and their experiences. All of which make this soundtrack all the more enjoyable to listen to.
