) Someone from the dog show world always turns up dead and Melanie Travis takes it upon herself to solve the murder mystery with the help of her Aunt Meg and her son Davey & poodle Faith in tow. The complications of family, work, and her new romance with the handsome software designer Sam add to the mix. The fellow dog show people with their own personality quirks & purebred dogs make it an even more interesting read.

I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE THE AUTHOR IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES AND SHE HAS NEVER LET ME DOWN. AND SHE CERTAINLY DIDN'T IN THIS ONE EITHER. HER CHARACTERS ARE BELIEVABLE AND THE PLOTS REALLY DO PULL YOU IN, THEY ARE NOT SO SIMPLISTIC THAT YOU BECOME BORED BUT KEEP YOU ON YOUR TOES RIGHT UP UNTIL THE END.
