Uniden Bearcat Pro PC78LTW 40-Channels Base CB Radio

awesome radio uniden went all out on this model. it has to be the most user friendly radio i own. dsc cuts out any unwanted static and noise. back lighting for the front panel. swr calibration built in for those stubern antennas that you can't get a perfect match on. antenna alert to warn you when your swr is off so that you don't hurt the radio. most people just throw a radio and antenna together and think thats it. the radio and the antenna have to be matched and this model helps take out some of the tech work, no extra meters to buy. if you want a smooth talking radio and your not a pro or have all kinds of cb equipment, do yourself a favor and buy one. you won't be disappointed

The CB side of it works excellant. trouble free unit after bouncing around in our RV for 20,000 miles. I really like the Weather Channels on it and it works all over the USA. Really helpful in areas you know little about. gave us a heads up us on a Tornado alert. Uniden gear has always been top shelf and still is. I used it in boating, ham radio and road travel. Highly recomend them.

I decided to buy this radio because has a lot of features including weather reports from noaa,good recive and sound very loud,i have no complain with this radio.Im a cb operator for several years and I bought a lot of radios, but this is one of the best.

I like the way it recieves and talks plus the weather channels help me alot on the job to keep up with weather conditions.
All in all it's a excellent radio that would buy again.
Uniden makes very good radios.

this is the cadillac of cb radios, has all the bells and wistles with classic styling. the only i dont like about it is that it doesnt have is a scan button.
