Urban Legend (DVD, 1999, French Subtitled)

Take a legend that could or could not be true add some twists and turns and sit back and enjoy the ride..movie begins with a urban legend being told no one believes it until murders based on those same such legends begin coming true..find out the lead Characters dirty little secret once you do the fun begins to unfold..It was good seeing Robert (Freddy Krueger) Englund again..I loved the jaw dropping ending..can't wait to see the other Urban Legend movies!! 5 out of 5 bars on this one!!

I bought "Urban Legend" because I am a huge fan of Jared Leto, and I just love the story line. I saw this movie a few times and especially love watching it during Halloween time.
It's a great thriller, and suspenseful. What I dont like it the very end of the movie. I won't give it away.
This is a really good movie. One where you will NOT be bored. Continuous action and suspense.

This is one of my favorite movies. It's definitely for one of those nights when you want a horror flick, but you also get a good story line! My mom was a theater teacher growing up and we were both into urban legends, so for them to make a movie about it, it's really interesting.
It's even better if you've read about folk tales or urban legends, but still good no matter what!

I loved the pricing for both. The case was in good condition, Watched both and my xbox 360 didn't notice anything wrong with the dvds. There were barely any scratches which was nice! 5/5 rating. Good job.

What is an Urban Legend? Well if you don't know that, I'm sorry for your luck because you aren't going to get the over all concept of the movie. So let me explain it a little bit for you;

Urban Legend - an often lurid story or anecdote that is based on hearsay and widely circulated as true.

We've all heard the "Campfire" stories of the guy in the back seat and the chick/guy that gets his head cut off by him. Possibly the Guy who takes his date out and the car breaks down & he has to walk "down the road to get help" leaving the helps girl to car for herself, leading to strange scraping sounds on the roof of the car, which just so happens to be her DEAD boyfriend. The ever popular "Kidney Heist," in which so-&-so wakes up in a tub of ice missing their kidneys. Or how about the Pop Rocks and Cola Legend, where if you drink a Cola with Pop Rocks in your mouth it will burst your stomach? Just about all of which are in the movie.

A lot like "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and "Scream". If you like those movies you will probably love this one.
