Great Workout!

I have quite a collection of Leslie's walk away the pounds DVD'S & find everyone of them gives me what I have come to expect from her. I am a senior over 65 & have lost 20 pounds since I started walking at home with her. I found I also have more energy & my general health has improved. I was starting to suffer symptoms of corpal tunnel in both wrists but due to better circulation I am no longer bothered with that! My shortness of breath has improved & I tell everyone how she can help them too. I have worked up to the 3 mile walk & use it 5 to 6 days a week. I never thought 2 pounds could be much of a challenge but it give your arms a great workout!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight & improve their circulation. Leslie does it where anyone of any age can look & feel better. So, Start Walking!!!

This is the only video I stuck with...for years.

I have used Zumba, Tae Bo, The Firm, and others. And this is the only one that I've actually stuck with. Not only have I used it for years, but I wore out my VHS copy and just had to buy the DVD version. It's the shortest workout for its effectiveness. You have a choice whether or not to use weights. (I just use a pair of Wal-mart weights.) I've tried some of Leslie Sansone's other videos, but I came straight back to Walk Away The Pounds. With the 3-mile tape, you have the choice to stop or continue as you please. I plan to keep this routine for a very long time. One part that I was really impressed with is how my arms got toned from this somewhat light workout. Don't get me wrong, it works out your lower body as well. I ould definitely recommend this tape...to first-timers or veterans.

Walk Away the Pounds - 3 miles with Leslie Sansone -

I previously bought the 1 and 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds dvds and couldn't believe that not only could I walk those miles but I actually WANTED to walk for longer!! I HATE moving, let alone doing exercise but I bought this 3 mile walk to do a longer session. This doesn't feel like the usual exercise routines...even though it increases my heartbeat and I sweat during the walking, it is fun. I love the walkers that are on this tape and find myself looking forward to working out to it. So far this is my favorite Leslie Sansone dvd. I think anyone at any level could do it and get something out of it. On good days I practically jog to it, and on my more tired days, I just slow it down; or even take a break between miles and come back to it. I LOVE this dvd!!! I would recommend it to anyone.

I love this exercise dvd because you don't need a lot of room to do it. You work out your entire body. You use weights, and as you get better at it, you can add more weight. I have been doing this dvd for 3 months, for 3-4 times a week and lost 6 pounds and have toned up quite a bit. My clothes are way too big

Walk Away the Pounds - Super Fat Burning

This is a great building workout, for someone who is getting back into the workout game. You have 3 different stages that you can build up and add on. I use the 1 mile for a quick exercise jolt, that only takes 15 minutes to complete and makes me feel like I have accomplished something (and I have). The other excercises require more time and use more energy and burn more calories and are something to workup to. Leslie is very chatty and can annoy some, but overall she offers you a good start to getting back in shape. As someone who isn't always able to walk around the neighborhood due to scheduling, I can now accomplish this at home in my livingroom. I believe you should try it, you have nothing to lose but weight.
