Wen Sweet Almond Mint Conditioner

I have been using Wen Cleansing Conditioner for over 6 months. I have tried all the scents and the Sweet Almond mint is by far the best with the lavender coming in 2nd, don't waste your money on the Fig..it smells disgusting like the cherry medicine syrup you take when sick..seriously!! I always buy the larger 16oz or 32oz sizes because I have long hair and I find the more product you use per wash the better results I get. Basically wet my hair and then I put about 1/4 of a cup in my hand and spread it though my roots and hair, I massage my scalp really well and then I take a wide comb and brush it though(do not leave this step out..I think it is key). Then I wrap it in a bun and finish the rest of my shower..I leave it in about 10 min and then rinse. After about 2 weeks you will be HOOKED! My hair has no build up an is so shiny..and it makes me feel good that I am not absorbing all sorts of chemicals in my scalp that is in other shampoos!! Make sure you use enough of the product or it won't cleanse as well because it doesn't have the foaming like other shampoos..you need alot of it. A 32oz lasts me about 1 1/2 months.

I wanted to try Wen after seeing an infomercial, but didn't want to buy the whole kit. I decided to try it off ebay and fell in love with it. It leaves my hair very clean and makes my natural curl look so much better. Everyone is shocked when they find out I use it. I also have tried others, but the sweet almond mint is my favorite. I have my newest friend using it and she says nothing works well in her hair

I have been using the Wen cleansing conditioner for almost two months. I have to decide if I wanted to return it, but I feel I have gotten my money's worth. I still have to use a shampoo once in a while (maybe once a week) because it doesn't feel like my hair and scalp get totally clean. (I work out every day). My semi-permanent hair colr has seemed to last a longer time than it normally would. I do not use the recommended amount because I thought I would go through it way too quickly. - Valerie Schuler

I bought this product after seeing a infomercial.
I loved the menthol cooling sensation after leaving on your scalp for 5 minutes. You use only this product, no other shampoo or cream rinse is needed.
Very pricey! And you have to use a lot! A 6 oz bottle is approx. $25 - $30.00 and last about 5 uses.
I did not notice any benefits for my hair. But then I do not use blow dryers, curling irons, ect.

I've been using Wen since Dec. of 2009. I will never go back to traditional shampoo,....EVER! Wen cleanses your hair. There is no sudsing up...I can deal w/ that. I dont miss the bubbles. Nor do I miss the frizz and dried out hair. My hair is clean,great smelling, more manageable and shiny. I get compliments all the time. People freak when I tell them that I dont use shampoo anymore. I love it! I dont lose $ on shampoo hairspray, leave- in products, it's pretty cool. AND I dont "wash" my hair everyday anymore either. I cleanse it every other day. Give it a try,you'll be glad you did!
