Witch Hunter Robin - The Complete Collection (DVD, 2006, 6-Disc Set, Anime Legends)

Witch Hunter Robin is a wonderful series, I thoroughly enjoyed all episodes. Some may find that the beginning of the series may be a bit slow but give it time and you'll see a better pace closer to the end. With this DVD set my likes were the special pin collection and haveing all DVDs in the fake book binding. My dislikes were not having the reversible covers of the single DVD volume covers. The DVD video is crisp and the sound is very good for 2.0 audio; both in japanese and english. This isn't something you get, watch once and that's the end. I found myself watching WHR again whenever I had the opportunity. For fans of WHR definitely get this set. For anime fans in general see the series first and then decide for yourself.

Pyrokinesis + witches/craft users + secret organizations = awesome anime.

A great series to own if you are a true anime fan.

If you like witches and spookey powers then this is for you. It has the usual mixed up goverment crap and children not understood crap but some of the action is great and the over all story is good and put togeather well.

This version comes in 6 DVDs which are gathered inside one box. Region: R1. English dubbed. Bare-bone packaging: no individual containers/covers. No booklets or other similar things. The quality of the DVDs is fine. Each contains 4-5 episodes and trailers as extras.

As for the story itself. The graphics and music are great. The characters are well developed. The storyline is interesting, at times a bit confused and moving rather slow, but I enjoyed it.

I have been looking for a nice mixture of action and horror and this one has both! Not much gore but enough action and story line for me!
