WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 (Xbox 360, 2010)

honestly, one of the most fun games i've ever played. it is a riot when i play it with my manly friends on our manly wwe nights. and i can play it for hours on end by myself too. the road to wrestlemania storylines are a lot better in this game than in 2009 (i never played 2010) The physics system in the tables/ladders/tlc matches is pretty cool too. One thing that is a tad but disapointing is the fact that you have to do a "cage breaking finisher" on the hell in a cell match in order to get out of it and climb to the top, but i guess that is more realistic because it is designed to keep you IN the cage hahaha. Also, i like that each superstar/diva is given both 2 signature moves and 2 finisher moves. this is especially nice for people like the undertaker who has upwards of 5 signatures/finishers. this way, you can accomidate all the unique moves of each superstar. wwe universe mode is pretty neat too.
I'm no game critic, but as an average wwe fan and gamer, i'd give it a 5 out or 5. I've seen reviews online that give it a 7/10 and and 8/10 which is still good. They keep getting better every year. I've been a wwe svr fan since svr 2008. great game, great buy. I have yet to use the xbox live function though...

Good product, however, it did not contain the DVD that comes with the Brett Hart special edition, Did not come with the art card and did not have the playable character on the game. But for $31.00 i still got the game for a cheaper price than i would have at a gamestop or best buy.

Son loves the game. Better than the rest of the WWE SD V/S R. There is so much more you can do in this game. You can create your own character, just like in the others, but there are new finisher moves. Son can play it for hours. Lots of new people to unlock, along with new packages, such as the tribute to HBK, tribute to the troops and ect. Whether child or adult, if you like WWE and you like playing video systems, I highly recommend this one. Graphics are better and you won't be disappointed.

I've played/owned every Smackdown Vs. Raw franchise since its 2004 debut (even some earlier WWF games such as No Mercy, or Wrestlemania: The Arcade Game), so there was no way I was going to miss out on an opportunity to play this game. I usually play this on the PS2 or PSP; this is my first time playing it on the 360. The graphics are amazing, but the commentary is very redundant. J.R. isn't on the videogame, very little commentary is used for the divas division. The Run in's and cut scenes, although very realistic to wwe programming, is very annoying as it happens to often in wwe universe mode. Overall though, if you are a loyal and longtime friend of the wwe, you will still like other elements in the series enough to own the game (the graphics, the wider space of attack outside the apron, etc).

My 9 year old son loves this game.Would highly recommend this game to anyone looking for a fun game for all ages. Amazing graphics. Best wrestling game yet!!
