) Don't waste your time or money on this one. The instructor's voice and accent are highly annoying. I was only able to watch this for about 10 minutes. Terrible prenatal yoga video!!!

) First, the quality of the filming and set up left much to be desired. "Anastasia" explained the different poses as you just sat there waiting for something to happen. The affirmations are "hokey" in my opinion. "Chant with me 'Iam a wonderful mother...Iam a wonderul mother'". If you prefer the more "spirtual" yoga workout this is for you. I just wanted a quality, stretching and relaxing prenatal yoga DVD. This was more "fluff" than substance. I reccommend passing on this one and searching for different DVD. That is what I plan to do. Not an exercise video!

) This video is rediculous. The camera is shaking. It is filmed in the lady's house with a voice-over telling you to visualize green lights and chant ommmm! Weren't we supposed to be exercising? I love yoga but was completely agitated by this lady...... useless....
