    I was very happy with this book and have recommended it to other friends. It helped me diagnose a milk "sensitivity" in my son. He behavior has greatly improved since I have taken dairy out of his diet. I admit I didn't read all of the book... but there was a lot of info that pertained to my child in the first 150 pages. I purchased it based on a couple of websites that said it was a "must read" if you thought your child may have allergies.

    I bought this book years ago for my kids when they had babies. I bought this one for my granddaughters who have babies. Great book.

    This book is fantastic. I started noticing my childs behavior changed in a negative way after eating certain foods. My normally sweet, loving child turned into an angry, aggressive stranger after ingesting anything with blue food coloring. This book showed me I wasn't just imagining it & I wasn't the only parent having these issues. It is a must read for parents & teachers who notice "Jekyl & Hyde" behavior in kids or ADD type symptoms.
