) This is a great printer at a good price. I like that it is thermal and I do not have to buy ink. The labels are just the right size for packages. It took some doing but I was able to use a USB to parallel cable to hook this printer up. I was happy to get it to work with my Vista Ultimate machine (32bit). I would recommend this printer to anyone who does a lot of shipping. I use it with both UPS and USPS.
Drivers can be found on the UPS website.
As an added note I am not able to use this printer with my 64 bit operating systems. It will install and work fine on a 32 bit operating system.

) Great product. Great customer support. This machine is a great buy. We used it to ship items out and it work very well. It takes a bit of time to figure out how to configure it to our computer. It is easy to use and cheaper to have in the long run.
BAD PRODUCT NO SUPPORT

This is an outdated Printer. Will Not work with Windows XP or Windows 7. There is no Drivers. Zebra do not support this printer no More. A waste of Money DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
