Zumba Fitness (Xbox 360, 2010)

I purchased Zumba Fitness because I've heard so many good things about a Zumba workout. I enjoy dancing and a Zumba workout sounded like a fun way to burn calories.

I like the variety of dance routines/styles, the skill levels, the music, the graphics and what feels like personal encouragement from the "dance instructor".

Unfortuantely, I've never taken a Zumba class and I have no dance experience so the steps are a little tricky even at the beginner level. I have another dance game for Xbox 360 Kinect and the steps are broken down before you put the routines together. I think that would help gamers like me learn the dance routines. Also, the menu options are a little harder to navigate through than some of the other games I have.

I would probably buy this product again because it's fun and gets my heart pumping. I will never be a Broadway dancer so it doesn't bother me if I'm going left and the "dance instructor" is going right. I'm sure with practice I'll get the hang of the routines while having fun.

I love this game! It is so much fun and you honestly forget that you are working out! The moves do take a little time to learn, but that is with any workout that you follow on videos.... I suggest you buy it if you love dancing and are looking for a different way to burn extra calories!

I bought this game because I am almost 50 and want to stay in shape. This is the funnest way I have found for an excellent workout. I love to dance, and it is like you are in an actual Zumba class at a gym. It is alot of fun and an awesome total body work out with different levels from beginner to advanced.

AAAA++++ when i first started this program i thought i was in some shape, my first day trying this, i thought i was going to die, i was sweating so much and started cramping up all over, great workout excellent product if you need to lose weight this is a fun, exciting way to shed pounds if you put your mind to it and follow the calendar on the game. have fun

the xbox kinect is a genius idea. it really got me up and off the couch, it is fun to interact and makes it a competitive environment for a ssingle player or multiplayer. all gmaes are fun. wish more than one person could play the dance game. there shoudl really be a mutiplayer level for that. also im seeing a lot of dance games come out...id like to see more aciton games, or carnival games as well as strategic games. the software really needs to step it up to compete with other gaming devices out there. the concet of the kinect is amazing it just needs a lottle fine tuning.
