Important Return Policy Information:

All A1 Partsmart online and auction sales are sold with a 30-day return policy (30 Days begin once you receive the part). In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period A1 Partsmart will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. No refunds without receipt.

Defective or Damaged Parts Must be returned to A1 Partsmart at our discretion before any Replacement or Refund is given. Parts may be returned during the first 30 days for a refund of the purchase price less any original shipping charges. Original shipping charge refunds are at the sole discretion of A1 Partsmart. The Buyer is Responsible for All shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) to A1 Partsmart.

Electrical parts are sent in a sealed clear inspection bag. Please inspect the part before opening. If the bag is unopened you may return the part per our normal return parts policy. If the bag is opened, the part may still be returned for a 30% service fee. If the item is defective upon installation we will provide a replacement of the defective part or a Refund of the purchase cost. Warranty void on overheated, burned or overloaded parts.

* These warranties are non-transferable and are considered void if parts are used for racing purposes, installed on vehicle with racing equipment, or sustain damage due to accident or misuse.
* IMPROPER INSTALLATION WILL VOID WARRANTY
* A1 PARTSMART does not assume responsibility for any towing charges, layup time, telephone fees, loss due to down time, cost of lodging, cost of vehicle use or transportation, car or truck rental, or inconvenience.
* All tires, wheels, body parts are void of any length of time warranty. They are warranted at time of purchase to be the "as described" only.
* All AC Systems must be flushed (with proof of dryer & accumulator purchased) for warranty to remain valid on AC compressors.
* All parts warranties are limited to original purchaser.

A1 Partsmart ships to US addresses within the 48 states only via UPS ground.

No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box please.

No International shipping available.

Pick up at our facilities is available. Please email us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up.

Items will be shipped within 1-2 days of purchase.

Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. No expedited shipping is available.

If an item arrives damaged, please send us a message via the eBay message system within 24 hrs for instructions.

Availability

If you cannot find a part that you need in the store, please contact us and we will let you know if we can get it and the price. Due to high demand, short supply or human error, occasionally we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of waiting for the part to come in stock, or a full refund.

We accept immediate payment using a credit card via PayPal only.

Texas Sales Tax will be applied to all orders shipped to the state of Texas.

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade	- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade	- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade	- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade	- A part that has not yet been graded.

Part Category. A category is a way of classifying a part in inventory. The category appears as a one-letter abbreviation under Part Detail. A category is a way to identify a part by location or condition, and helps to indicate whether a part needs to be pulled and prepped before shipping.
