Now you don't need to stretch your ears to enjoy the look of stretchers/tapers. These fake/cheater/illusion stretchers/tapers are of regular gauge(16G) but once you put them on they will give you the look of real 0G stretchers/tapers. No one will be able to tell if you are wearing real or fake stretchers/tapers. 

This listing is for a Black fake stretchers/tapers made of screw-on Acrylic top and bottom with black rubber O-Rings. Stem/Shaft is made of 16G surgical steel.

There are lots of sellers on eBay claiming to have high quality 316L Grade Surgical steel. But be careful! They are cheap imitation and will give you a bad infection. Certified surgical steel 316L Grades doesn’t come cheap. Please!!!! Don’t fall for these claims. Ask the seller to provide you the certificate of quality.

There are also some claiming colored material as Titanium. Its just colored steel, it will chip off in a few weeks. You can rub it on a rough surface and you will see the original silver base behind. Titanium is twice as light and three times as expensive as Surgical Steel.

I have the certificate that shows the quality of my surgical steel (Grade 316L). You might pay a few extra dollars for the stuff you will buy from me, but you will get what you pay for. DON'T RISK your health and safety for a few bucks.
