When receiving the Flashback Arrestors from HHO Gas Technology is recommended to immediately saturate it with water and drain the excess water out before use. Porous plastic is used in automobile batteries preventing flashbacks when the batteries are in charging mode. Beware of individuals that do not instruct you to wet them with water for the first time because they are not following the instructions from the Manufacturer that designed the porous plastic for Flashback Arrestor safety purposes.
It is NOT recommended that you use an air compressor hose with high-pressure to dry it. This may rupture the porous plastic membranes when getting out the excessive water before use.

Before shipping, the large Flashback Arrestor will bench tested before shipment from Two EP-230 HHO Gas Machines producing approximately 25-30 liters per minute together . The small Flashback Arrestor will Bench tested before shipment.

We are including one Small Flashback Arrestor as a set For Free to assist and double the security to help reduce the risk of flashback to your machine. This small Flashback Arrestor is designed for 1-10 liters per minute and should not exceed 10 liters per minute. We have pushed over 25 liters of HHO Gas through the small Flashback Arrestor but only using the large Flashback Arrestor for second backup safety. The larger Flashback Arrestor is designed for 1-30 liters of HHO Gas. We highly recommend using them together. Never install the small one before the large one coming off your machine producing large amounts of HHO Gas because the small one has a higher capability of plugging up if your machine is putting out contaminants in the line. All Flashback Arrestors are sold with a 3/8 barbed fittings.

It is highly recommended that two safeties are used using HHO Gas due to the nature of HHO Gas. A Bubbler and Flashback Arrestor or two Flashback Arrestors working together either of these configurations add to the safety potential for any HHO Gas machine.
