The seed can be grown & trained to be a bonsai or planted in the ground & left untrained to become a full size adult tree. All of our seed is cold stored until they are packaged for shipment to ensure viability. They are professionally handled, packaged & labeled with common & botanical names.

Handling & delivery time:

Handling for stock seed is normally one business day from the receipt of cleared payment excluding weekends & US Holidays. Back ordered seed will have a handling time of up to 45 business days as specified on the listing. In the case that your seed is not available after the specified handling time you will be contacted with the option for a full refund or a continued back order ‘first come first serve’ if the seed is still expected. 

Domestic shipping (US):

We have started charging a combined shipping of $2.07, the USPS First Class package rate for a 1-2 ounce parcel. This shipping covers whatever you order & pay for at one time. If you order multiple items & the shipping does not combine please request a combined invoice before paying for your items. If you pay before shipping charges are combined they cannot be refunded.

In the past, we have offered free shipping to the US but due to recent increases on USPS domestic & international pricing we have been forced to change our pricing. Please note that all seed packs have been reduced in price by $2.00 so when you’re ordering multiple seed packs with combined shipping you are coming out ahead.

International shipping (outside the US):

We have started charging a combined shipping of $6.55, the USPS First Class International package rate for a 1-2 ounce parcel. This shipping covers whatever you order & pay for at one time.  If you order multiple items & the shipping does not automatically combine please request a combined invoice before paying for your items. If you pay before shipping charges are combined they cannot be refunded.

Other information for international buyers (outside the US):

It is important that you make sure that the seed you are purchasing is not restricted for delivery to your country as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to quarantine or restricted items.  Any seed shipped via USPS First Class Mail cannot be insured or tracked once it leaves the US. If you are concerned about tracking or insurance please choose the USPS Priority Mail option which will include full tracking & insurance for the purchase price plus postage.

Returns:

Returns are accepted for 14 days from receipt; the buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Refunds for the purchase price or exchange at the buyers request.
