PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS ON YOUR EBAY AND PAYPAL ACCOUNTS! This has been a problem lately and people don't tell me until they find the package has gone back. DON'T COUNT ON YOUR USPS ADDRESS FORWARDING to reroute packages. It usually will not do so.  If I have to reship, there will be a cost to do so.

If you have moved or if for any reason, your address on eBay or PayPal is incorrect, and I ship to that address, you will have to pay a second shipping to have the package sent BACK out AFTER it has arrived back here. This will cost you money AND take a lot of time. I only bring this up because it HAS happened 5 times in the last month. I ship RIGHT AWAY.

Sunday Night through Saturday Morning (2a.m.), paid sales usually go out the next morning if they are in and paid by midnight, sometimes 2a.m. or 3a.m. I am a night owl and am up til 5 to 8a.m. getting your purchases out to you RIGHT AWAY.

As of January 2012, the USPS has raised postage rates on some services.  Unfortunately, we may have to meet the increase.  UPS will also be raising their rates. Can FedEx be far behind?

Combined shipping NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE for Mailers/Envelopes.  Bubble Mailers don't weigh a lot but they're bulky; Poly mailers don't take a lot of space but they are dense and weigh quite a bit. 

In January 2010, the US Postal Service (USPS) suddenly changed their priority rates and methods.  They switched to zone shipping which means that a 1 pound package can run between $4.99 and $9.99 depending on how far away the recipient is from the sender.  It's more like the United Parcel method now.

As for not being able to combine shipping, anything over 13 ounces has to either go USPS Priority or Parcel Post.  Parcel Post often costs more (at lower weights) than Priority and can take 10 days or more for delivery, so I don't bother with it.  At one point, the package becomes either too heavy or too large to go USPS First Class, but ebay shipping can't make that determination and will continue to charge at the minimum set price/classification.  This can mean losing as much as $5.00 a package and too much of that would put any of us out of business.  So we would either have to set everything at the higher priority charges, or  we can sell and ship each package individually at the lower first class charges or flat rate charges, whichever is applicable.

You can change this by emailing eBay software engineers (via any eBay email) and request the development of a program that better suits the needs of their buyers and sellers. 

Shipping costs may include a small amount to cover insurance since eBay now requires all sellers to guarantee delivery on EVERY sale.

**MANY MAILERS are not able to be combined & ship in separate packages, especially when shipped to the West Coast, AK, HI, PR and territories.  For example, a 50 pack of my #0 bubble mailers may go 1 Priority package to East Coast or states near Michigan but may go in 2 First Class packages to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam (& other U.S. territories inc. Phillipines) and states west of the Mississippi River.  All domestic first class & priority have delivery confirmation numbers.

If you MUST have something shipped Priority Mail, please request an invoice, add the note to the note section or email me via eBay messages (the question link at the bottom of the page) & be prepared to pay the zone & weight charges.

USPS Delivery Confirmation is NOT a tracking system and often does not even give proof of delivery.  If you want or need step-by-step (or close to it) tracking or estimated delivery date, upgrade your shipping to UPS.  If you prefer FedEx Home or FedEx Ground make a note in the buyers notes section on the invoice or sales record.  For USPS, if you need to be certain then please pay the $1.95 extra for requiring a signature upon receipt.
