PLEASE NOTE* Vintage means pre-worn/pre-loved. Due to the age of vintage garments, there will be natural wear but I do my best to note all imperfections or issues within the description of the item. Please note, most items are washed before shipping, but I  recommend my customers wash or dry clean items before wear.   I will  refund only if extreme error has been made in my description. I will evaluate each instance on a case by case basis.  In any case, contact must be made within 3 days of receipt of item.  I don't negotiate a lesser price or refund partial amount.  A refund will only be given once the item has been returned in original condition. Refund will be for item only, shipping is not included in refund. You must pay the shipping for sending it back. NO RETURNS FOR CLOTHES THAT DO NOT FIT! I take my time measuring all items laying flat on the floor to help ensure a great fit for you. Please double waist, chest and hip measurements. Please compare the measurements with an item of clothing similar in cut for the best fit. Remember vintage sizes are different that sizes of today. If you have questions as to how an item fits, email me prior to bidding. I only accept returns if the item was not as it was represented. I check numerous times for flaws!

NO RETURNS FOR COLOR DIFFERENCE! I try to show the exact color and describe it in our auctions, but colors may differ slightly, depending on your monitor settings. Please ask all questions prior to bidding.

I'm asking all my customers to please contact me if you are not pleased with your purchase.  I am human and do make mistakes, but I honestly try to give a full description of items and ship quickly.  I strive to get 5 stars in feedback, and would feel very bad if I found out you were not happy by receiving a one or two star rating.  This type of rating will hurt my sales.  A nasty negative or even a neutral is worse!!
