1. Where am i locate? Can i go to pick up by myself?
We are Locate in Thailand , Bangkok. Yuo can come to pick up by yourself and it will save you money of shipping cost. (BIN item)

6.What company you use for ship the item? Local Post office?
No, We not use local post office, we use DHL instead, It's more reliable and faster but absolutely it's more expensive(:
7.If i want item urgent, can i do express instead of regular Airmail? and how much does it cost.
If you order over 200$ (not included shipping) you will get free shipping with DHL Express automatically it will take around 1-2 days to be there. But if you want to upgrade by your self it will cost shipping price around 4 times (not sure you suppose to contact us and ask about that)
8.How do i know where is my item? I still not get it. Do you have trackigng number?
Tracking number will provide for order over 10$ (1.5$ fee if order no more than 25$ else is Free) but if it lower than 10$ and not buy this insurance, you cannot track them you'll get only reciept of shipment that prove we have ship it out to you.
9.In case of mail lost or missing during shipping, what do i need to do, and how you solve this problem?
if mail got lost during shipping, we will file a claim for you and reship the new one to you immediately (in case of not registered) but if you haev registerer (1.5$ fee) you can track it and give it to your post office to check for you, it might stuck at post office, or left notice to pick but you didn't see the notice.A lot of our customers met this.
10.Why your shipping is high?(auction item) you overcharge it?
I've got a lot of question about this, but the answer is no, we're not overcharge it , as i mentioned above we ship all item via DHL, it's more cost than usual and it's not included just only shipping cost, it has packaging cost, Transportation, Labor, Register fee, Insurance these all will cost much more than you think(: but when you got total plase compare with other sellers you'll found that our store is the cheapest one to get this with DHL(: although compare with Post office we still cheaper.

13.Why i got my first order later than the socnd one?
We ship out daily but your mail might got some delay becasue of your custom or courier delay or ...etc., so some packe deliver really fast but some are really slow , especially in Holiday season shipping will be slower than usual around 1-2 weeks.
14.How long should i wait for my packge before contact you to let you know i still not get it?
You can ask us anytime but i sugest to contact us after 20 days more.

17. How differentyou auction listing and BIN listing? It's cheaper can i combine them together?
Yes, It's cheaper than BIN item but you must wait until it ended to get them, and yes it can combine together, you might got 2 invoices because ebay didn't allow me to combine them together but the total would be the same.
18.My item is missing what should i do?
First, please contact us to let me know about that if it's over the timeline i gave above i will reship the new one to you, but please check you address that is correct too.
If Any items are missing or miscounted or defected, please contact us for more information about returning items to us.
Return items accept within 1 weeks after buyer receive all items and buyer must pay for all postage for return shipping.
After we got returned item we will ship replacement items immediately or refund will be made instead.
