AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING TIME – I do not have this item in stock.  In the United States it will be drop shipped direct from my distributor to you, except if you live in the states of Illinois, Minnesota, California, Wisconsin, Kansas, and Missouri.  In those states, my distributor has facilities, so they would have to charge you state sales tax, if they ship it direct to you.  If you live in those states, they will ship it first to me, and then I will ship it to you.  The normal delivery time in the United States will be 3-15 business days, depending on what state you live in.  For delivery outside of the United States, my distributor will ship it first to me, and then I will ship it to you.  Delivery outside of the United States will vary based on the amount of time needed to clear customs.

NOTIFICATION OF PAYMENT METHOD - Normally when an auction is won you will be sent an invoice. The buyer is then responsible for notifying the seller in regard to how the products will be paid for. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – If you are not satisfied with your product when you receive it, you can return the entire order or individual items, if multiple items had been purchased. You must contact me within 14 days of receiving the products and request a Return Authorization Number. You would be responsible for the return shipping cost. I will refund your purchase price for any returned items, minus a 15% restocking fee, and minus your original shipping cost. No refund will be given if a Return Authorization Number had not been obtained within 14 days of your receipt of the product.
