Buyer MUST ship back the deflective item for 1 to 1 exchange. Return cost due to buyer
For Warranty, Buyer requires to pay for return after 14 days. It is not including item which deflective due to improper use. Item will inspect by the factory. All non-factories deflective will be fix and shipment at buyer's cost.
For free shipping means we paid the shipping fee on your behalf, that fee will be deducted.
