Processing Time:
Most
orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day
excluding weekends & holidays. Orders received after 12 Noon EST
will be processed the following business day. Same/Next business day
shipping is not guaranteed and based on time of order, current
inventory, weather, etc. We cannot be held responsible for when your
order is sent to us from eBay. We will always do our best to honor same
or next day shipping.
Shipping Policies and Restrictions:
- All orders ship Ground, however we offer EXPEDITED SHIPPING for additional freight charges. Please contact us for rates.
- Shipping rates shown are for Continental 48 States only. Shipping to AK, HI, & PR may require additional fees/payment.
- Shipping to APO/FPO Boxes will require an additional $65.
- WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES - PLEASE PROVIDE VALID STREET ADDRESS.
- We ship to CANADA! Contact us for rates.
Return policy:
A) Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt.
B) Returned merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging. Used merchandise returned will not be refunded.
C)
RA NUMBER & ADDRESS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS. DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM
WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER AND RETURN ADDRESS provided by Metropolitan
Display. Returns shipped without this information can result in long
delays in processing your refund.
D) Return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.
E)
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee; additional fees may be
required depending upon condition (damage) when they are received.
If you wish to continue to return your item:
1)
Return the item using your shipper account number or by taking the item
to a FedEx or UPS location, and follow the instructions provided by the
carrier. You are responsible for the charges with the shipper.
2) Returns via USPS (Postal Service) will not be accepted.
3) Contact us for an RA number and return address. (See [B] Above).
4) Provide us with the tracking number(s) once the item ships.
5)
When the item is delivered to our warehouse, you will be refunded the
purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges
are not refunded.
If you are unable to bring your item(s) to a FedEx or UPS location please contact us.
Change of Address:
A
change of delivery address must be requested directly with Metropolitan
Display. Additional charges may be required. Address changes requested
through the carrier will not be honored, and the shipment will be sent
to the original location.
Receipt of Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
-
If you see the box is damaged upon receipt REFUSE DELIVERY and contact
us immediately. A replacement will be shipped right away.
- All other damage or receipt of incorrect goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt to qualify for a full replacement.
Cancellation Policy:
We
will gladly honor your cancellation request, however please be aware
that we try to ship as quickly as possible once your order is received
and it is possible that your order may already have shipped by the time
we receive any cancellation requests.
If
your order has not shipped when we receive your cancellation notice, we
will cancel the order within Amazon.com and your charges will be
reversed according to eBay procedures and policies.
If
your order has already shipped by the time we receive your cancellation
notice, then: a) we will attempt to contact the carrier and have the
item re-routed, or b) the recipient should refuse delivery at which time
it will be sent back to us. Buyer will be responsible for return
shipping payment and a 15% restocking fee. When the item is received at
our facility, you will be credited the purchase price less the return
shipping amount plus the 15% restocking fee.
Undeliverable Address or Refusal of Delivery:
Orders
or merchandise that is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or
refusal of delivery will be returned to our warehouse. Buyer is
responsible for all return shipping fees, costs and charges plus a 15%
restocking fee. We will make every attempt to correct an address or
contact the buyer prior to the return. If your merchandise is returned,
you will be credited for the order minus the return delivery amount plus
the 15% restocking fee.
