Please note that first class shipping is generally non-trackable.

Note:  Balloons are shipped uninflated.  They can be filled with Air or Helium.  Many grocery, florists and other stores can fill them, also many stores sell the do it yourself tanks. You will always receive brand new balloons as shown in the auction or store listing.   Float time for latex varies (12-16 hours).  Extend latex float times 10-20 times using Hi-Float or Ultra Hi-Float.  Float times for mylar balloons generally is 7-10 days; they DO NOT use hi-float.  Do not use a rubber latex regulator to helium fill mylar balloons, this can case damage to the self-sealing valve and the balloon will lose helium quickly.  Using the rubber tipped valve to blow up mylar balloons can also lead to other problems such as seam tears, etc.

Only the thin brass nozzle should be used to blow up mylar balloons.

Payment

We do accept Paypal and have a merchant account for credit card processing through our retail store. Please pay for your items as quickly as possible after making your selections so that we can begin processing your orders. Items that are paid for separately will be shipped separately.

Shipping

We ship from both Canada and the United States to expedite shipping to both our Canadian and American customers. 

We endeavor to ship next day to you from our locations in British Columba and Washington via first class mail. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your items are processed. If the item you have ordered meets the requirements for delivery confirmation the tracking number will be sent to you via email.  We do combine shipping and will send out a combined invoice.  International customers please allow ample time for delivery to you as we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and international mail services. 

Please shop in advance for your party supplies. If you are purchasing the items last minute please phone us so that we can make arrangements for your order to arrive in time for your event.

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada post and generally take 4-6 business days to arrive (please note, orders shipped via Canada Post are not trackable). 

US and International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail.  US orders generally take 2-4 business days to arrive (orders that qualify for tracking will be sent an email from Stamps.com with tracking information).  International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail and can take 10-12 business days to arrive; they are not trackable once they enter the International Mail system.

Terms of Sale

All Ebay payments are expected within 5 days unless prior arrangements have been made. After seven days if an item is not paid we follow the procedures for requesting our fees back. This includes filing non paying bidder claims. Please bid carefully and if you decide to not follow through with a purchase please let us know so that we can take care of it for you. If you are unsatisfied with an item you may return it unused within seven days at your expense for a full refund minus shipping fees. Items that were shipped with a free shipping offer will incur a $2.00 shipping deduction.  If you have a defective item we will need the item back so that we can get credit for it with our suppliers.  Defective items can be replaced or refunded at your discretion.  If an item is found to be defective your shipping fees will be refunded upon receipt of the item by us.
