The items Budget-TV sells have been taken mostly from units with broken screens or not repaired.  All parts that are recycled from used TV(s) are listed as used.  None of the items are in the original box.  Purchase includes only what is seen in the picture and we strongly recommend comparing your board with our picture before ordering. All items are shipped in a sturdy box, wrapped safely in anti-static bag.  Purchasing with us a green way to save space in landfills and keeping dangerous elements out of the soil.

We have some parts available for sale which are not yet listed.  If you are looking for more of the same or other parts, please ask.  We need the brand, model number along with the part number or picture of the part.  Picture(s) are very helpful in locating the item.

Budget-TV parts are identified by our unique id stamp and serial number.

Shipping:

Please feel free to ask for combined shipping. Most purchases will be shipped within 24 hours. We do so everyday (except Weekends and holidays.) We provide expedited shipping upon request. We also have in store pick-up if you’re close enough.

Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Customers have 3 days to contact us for an RMA.  

Upon inspection for Budget-TV special markings, you will be fully refunded part cost “shipping charges are buyer’s cost”. 

If requested, and if the part is available in stock, we can send you the part that you need, or the exact same part (if original was defective) instead of a refund.

DOA (Dead on Arrival):  All of our parts are inspected prior to shipment and guaranteed to be in good working order. We pride ourselves on maintaining a low return rate.
