 This listing is for a Canon XL1s camcorder. It uses MiniDV cassettes. This is a standard definition (SD) camcorder. It produces an excellent image, and offers lots of image controls. This model has been used to create many short films and was even used to do some feature films.

The camera is in great condition with no marks, scratches, or noticeable physical damage to mention. Everything works great.

Many people are selling the same camera for $1000 or above. I can tell you this camera is in mint condition. Very well treated and cared for professionally. The additional items I am including further add to the value you are getting. The MA-100 XLR adapter allows you to use XLR microphones on the camera and also provides a shoulder support to add even more stability to holding the camera.

Coming with the camera is the following.

-Canon XL1s camera body.
-Canon XL 16x Zoom Lens (with caps and lens hood).
-Dual Battery charger.
-Canon Battery BP-930 (in good condition, last over an hour each) x2 (2 batteries included).
-Canon MA-100 (XLR adapter, with shoulder support and adapter plate to support wireless microphones and batteries).
-Canon Remote Control.
-Original box for Canon XL1s camera body. (Styrofoam packing material included).
