Used parts that show signs of wear, marks, rust, pitting or not within manufacturer specs do not qualify for refunds, unless otherwise stated. All items must be in original, non-modified condition (including writing, labeling, packaging) any item which has been taken apart, worn, or does not have original writing, tags, labels will not be accepted.
