TERMS & CONDITIONS

The auction is managed on eBay Giving Works by Auction Cause, a premier celebrity and brand auction management agency. All bidders must have a PayPal account to bid on this auction. A bid is a legally binding contract. Please only bid if you are 100% certain you can follow through with payment at the winning bid price promptly.

By participating in this auction, the bidder understands and agrees to eBay's terms of service as well as all terms and conditions mentioned here. We reserve the right to reject any bids at our discretion and screen all bidders. No part of the text, design, photos, video, or other content from this auction or associated pages may be used without written permission of the appropriate license holders.

PAYMENT
All sales are final, there are no refunds. Payment is required within (24) hours of the auction close unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance. PayPal eCheck payments will not be accepted for event dates less than (7) days away as eCheck payments require time for funds to clear. Failure to deliver payment within the designated time will result in default of the bid and we may select the next highest bidder. Tickets are non-transferable. Ticket brokers are not eligible to purchase tickets for resale or promotional purposes.

TAX INFORMATION
A portion of the winning bid amount made through this auction may be tax deductible. Consult with your tax adviser for more information, as we do not provide tax consulting.

SHIPPING
Tickets will be sent electronically to the winning bidder's Ebay email address within (24) hours of receiving payment. We recommend the winning bidder have access to a printer to print a paper copy of the tickets.

Q:  WHERE DO THE TICKETS COME FROM?
When sending millions of fans to their favorite events every year, the occasional wire is bound to get crossed. Maybe someone purchased tickets to the wrong event or bought tickets to the right event on the wrong day. When that happens, those fans are covered by the StubHub FanProtect Guarantee, which sometimes means we end up with the tickets they couldn’t use. And rather than letting those tickets go to waste, StubHub created Give-and-Go, a charity auction through eBay that allows us to donate 100% of the proceeds to the StubHub Foundation. This means that any money raised from those extra tickets goes towards helping to fund theater, sports, and music programs in schools across the country, so that the kids of today can become the stars of tomorrow.
 
Q:  HOW WILL MY TICKETS BE DELIVERED?
Delivery will depend on what type of tickets you purchase. In the title listing the ticket type is specified (Hard Ticket, Paper Ticket, eTicket). Hard Tickets are physical traditional tickets and will be delivered via USPS or FedEx. Paper tickets are eTickets that have been printed out on regular or security paper and will also be delivered via USPS or FedEx. eTickets will be sent via email as attachments and will need to be printed from home. Tickets are sold in the format they are received and cannot be transferred into a different format. We apologize but paper tickets cannot be emailed.

Q:  HOW SOON WILL YOU SHIP MY TICKETS?

We do not accept offers or end our auctions early. All proceeds go 100% to charity so we allow them to run their full duration.

Q:  WHAT ARE WHEELCHAIR SEATS AND WHO CAN USE THEM?

These seats are provided through the Americans with Disabilities Act. People with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This group includes people who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances because of significant arthritis or severe respiratory, circulatory, or cardiac conditions. Individuals who, because of their disability, cannot sit in a straight-back chair or those whose service dogs cannot fit under a non-accessible seat or lie safely in the aisle are also permitted to purchase accessible seats. Tickets for accessible seats may be sold to individuals who require accessible seating themselves or to someone purchasing on their behalf. People with disabilities who do not require the specific features of accessible seating but merely have a preference for them are not entitled to purchase accessible seats.

Q:  I AM UNDER 18, HOW CAN I PLACE A BID?
Unfortunately, no one under 18 can place a bid as matter of eBay's Terms of Service. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 may open an eBay account in their name or use their existing account to bid. eBay policy prohibits those under 18 from using the eBay account of another in order to bid.
