      • If you did not receive the package 45 days (or 60 days for Italy) after shipping date, please contact us and we will file for an insurance claim.  Insurance provider requires buyer to sign document of cosignee to confirm the package has not been received. We will provide you the information once you contact us for lost shipment.

      • Shipping fee includes all handling fee, packing materials and shipping insurance. 

      • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

      • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up
