• Please note your government's Customs may hold your package up to 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately we have no control of how long your government's Customs may hold the package. We will ship your package within 1 business day!

Return Policy:

We accept returns on any new and unused items purchased (excluding swimwear, lingerie, and final sale items).

• The item(s), including all packaging and tags attached, must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days after receipt.
• Return shipping is paid by buyer. Please pack carefully and consider adding insurance.
• Please be advised that every piece we sell has a destructible company sticker tag on it. We ask that you do not remove the tag or clean the piece until you are satisfied with it. The sticker tag must be untouched for the return to be accepted.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be made via original form of payment. A restocking fee of 20% will be retained to help defray the costs of our labor and time. Actual shipping fees (what we paid to ship the item) will be subtracted from your total refund.

If any of the above return conditions are not met, the return will be refused. Any abuse of this policy will be reported to eBay.
