General Information
Please keep in mind that no proofs or artwork will be released until your order has been placed and payment has cleared. I do not send sample proofs before the order is placed.
If you are looking for something I do not have listed please let me know and I will be happy post a sample to Ebay for you. Please allow up to 5 days for new postings to appear, I will let you know when I have an item number available.
Please allow plenty of time before your event, at least 10 business days to make sure your wrappers arrive on time. I will ship within 1-3 business days of your approval, but you must allow time for the post office to deliver.
If you order less than 10 business days before your event, please add Priority Shipping to your order. If you would like to place your order the same week of your event please contact me for overnight shipping rates and to see if I am able to do it.
International Shipping please add 2-4 weeks for delivery time depending on your location.
FAQ
Can you change the color of the background?
Yes, most of my backgrounds can have the color changes. Just let me know what you would like when you send your information. If your background can not be changed I will let you know and suggest a similar one that will allow color change.
Can you alter the color on the artwork?
Sometimes. Most of my art can have some minor color changes. You may request the colors you would like when you send your information. I will do my best to meet your request, but please remember that not all art can be changed. If the color cannot be changed I will let you know as soon as possible.
Can you match my party theme?
I usually do not have the same artwork as the party stores. If you can send an image of your theme (like a plate or napkin image) with your information I can usually coordinate your items to go with it. You can place your order for the quantity you would like, and then we can customize it to meet your needs. Please remember it may not be exact, but will look great with your party theme.
How long does it take to get me the proof and then ship my order?
Proofs are issued 1-3 business days after I receive your information and cleared payment. The quicker I get your information, the quicker you get your proof. Once you have approved your proof then your order will ship in 1-3 business days (1-4 business days during holidays and peak wedding season). Please watch your email and spam. Because there will be an image attached it may go to spam.
I see a wrapper I like, but it is for 24 and I only need 12, what can I do?
You can place your order using a similar item with quantity you are looking for and then when you send your information just let me know the item number of the one that you would like. You can also order a larger quantity this way, order for the quantity and we can switch the design.
I am looking for a popcorn wrapper, but like the pattern on a candy bar wrapper, what can I do?
The candy wrappers and popcorn wrappers are the same price, so you can place your order using the candy bar wrapper you like and them when you send your information please let me know you would like it sized to be a popcorn wrapper. Popcorn wrappers are sized to fit the Pop Weavers popcorn available at WalMart.
Can you custom design a wrapper or label for me?
Yes. Please send as many details as you can of what you are looking for, please do not send your personalization at this point, just item you would like, colors, photo on item and I will need to know how many you will need so I can post it for you as a buy it now. Please allow up to 5 business days for new item to post, I will let you know when I have an item number for you. Serious inquiries only please as there is a lot of time involved in developing a new custom item.
Do you charge to add a photo or my business logo?
No. There is never a charge to add a photo or logo. Please make sure your photos are well lit and in focus.
I need several things that match, can you post them as a set?
Yes, I would be happy to post the set for you. I will need to know how many of each item you would like. Please allow 2-3 business days for your posting. I will let you know when I have an item number for you.
Return Policy
All customers will receive a proof of the wrapper via email, and must email back an approval prior to printing. Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be returned unless there was an error on the part of Heartfelt Wrappers (incorrect date, misspelled names, or omission of names) that was not included on the approved proof. If this is the case we will promptly replace or refund our order.
Shipping Information
Orders being shipped via USPS First Class Mail (free shipping) will be shipped on M-T-W-F. If you upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Overnite Express Mail orders will be shipped Mon through Fri. I do not ship on Sat. or Sun.
I ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail & on special request USPS Express Mail. Estimated time for delivery is First Class: 2-9 days, Priority 2-3 days and Express 1-2 days. Please contact me for Express Mail rates.
Please keep in mind that this is a personalized item and I can only ship them as quickly as I have your information and approval.
I try my best to process all orders as quickly as possible, but once the order is in the hands of the post office I no longer have control over how long it will take to deliver. Please keep this in mind when leaving feedback.
