4) Shipping fees that are non-refundable

Once I have printed a shipping label and a SCAN form for the USPS my shipping charges are non-refundable (per USPS) and cannot be refunded to you, even if the purchased is canceled.

5) Insurance Claims

Buyers must comply with all documentations and signed statements required for insurance claims after 45 days of shipment. There is no reimbursement without full compliance to verify claim.
