Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) Description:

 

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is pleased to introduce "Dragon Boat" the latest premium addition to our Lucky Money Collection.  "Dragon Boat" features a crisp uncirculated Series 2004 $50 Federal Reserve Note with a serial number beginning with "8888."  This note is attractively presented in a decorative folder encased in a protective clear acid-free polymer sleeve. 
 
To many, the number eight represents success, wealth and prosperity.  Own your unique collection today and share in the prosperity!

Further, printed on the inside of the decorative folder is the following description:
