• Once you have received a return authorization from us, please repack the unit and ship it FULLY INSURED with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION to the address listed with your RA#.
• Once we receive your item we will inspect and test. Replacement/repair will be performed for units that have not been abused, misused, or damaged during installation. Burnt wiring/electronics will not be covered.
• DOA units will be replaced/repaired at no cost to you except shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• Normal turnaround time for warranty replacement is 5-7 business days from receipt (longer if it has to be repaired).
