Domestic Shipping

Shipping & Handling charges reflect shipping insurance for the full amount of the item, professional packaging, cost of professional packaging material, time to pack your item, and the actual cost of the shipping.

  • We ship using UPS or USPS Priority mail for fast, trackable shipping.
  • If multiple items are purchased in the same transaction we will combine shipping.
  • If multiple items are purchased in separate transaction we cannot combine shipping.
  • We ship to APO/FPO addresses.
  • We cannot ship to PO BOX address.   Please provide a street address for shipment.
  • If you purchase an item with free shipping and choose to return it you will be refunded for the item minus all shipping costs incurred by BCMultisport.

International Shipping

  • We ship using UPS or USPS Priority mail for fast, trackable shipping.
  • Shipping times are usually 7-14 days but can take up to 10 weeks.
  • We include a commercial invoice with every shipment showing the amount you paid for your items (not including the shipping cost).
  • In most cases your country will charge you customs, duties, and/or taxes on your purchase.
  • You are 100% responsible for these charges and we do not control these at all. Under no circumstances will we mark items as "gift" or at a lower value than what you paid.  Requests to do this will be ignored.
  • If you purchase an item with free shipping and choose to return it you will be refunded for the item minus all shipping costs incurred by BCMultisport.

Return Policy

Returning a Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items

  • If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a replacement or refund
  • A UPS pre-paid shipping label will be provided so you can ship the item back free of charge. Once we receive the item back we will ship out the new item or issue a full refund back to you, whichever option you prefer.
  • For international orders we are not able to provide a prepaid shipping label but we will reimburse your return shipping costs when processing the return.
  • We will not accept returns if the item is damaged or defective due to misuse.
  • Returns are processed within three (3) days of receipt (not including weekends or holidays).

Returning Items for any other reason

  • If you are returning an item for any other reason please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required for the return.
  • All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and will receive a full refund for the cost of the product once received back.
  • If you paid for shipping you will only receive a refund for the item price and not shipping. BCMultisport reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item is returned in a condition other than which it was received.
  • Returns are processed within three (3) days of receipt (not including weekends or holidays).

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • A request to cancel or change an order must be done by phone to ensure it can be changed in time.
  • Requests made by email are not always received in time and there is no guarantee the order will be updated before it ships.
  • Orders that already have a tracking number cannot be cancelled or changed. If your order has already shipped please see our above policies to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a return.
