2) Seller’s Cancellation

I, the seller, reserve the right to cancel a purchase, payment, or bid based on any of the following reasons or my general discretion: the shipping address is unconfirmed, incomplete, or inaccurate; the destination country is ineligible for or has limited insurance coverage; the buyer has a limited feedback history or any negative feedback; the item is out of stock, etc.

3) Non-Payment or Late Payment

I require that you pay within three business days of purchase, unless you request additional time immediately after purchase. If you purchase a Buy-it-Now item by mistake you must notify me within one hour for an agreed cancellation. 4) Shipping fees that are non-refundable

Once I have printed a shipping label and a SCAN form for the USPS my shipping charges are non-refundable (per USPS) and cannot be refunded to you, even if the purchased is canceled.

5) Insurance Claims

Buyers must comply with all documentations and signed statements required for insurance claims after 45 days of shipment before any refund can be processed. There is no refund without compliance to verify claim.
