CABLE RETURN POLICY:
Cables must be returned within 30 days in original condition. Returns will only be accepted if items are not as described in the ad's description. All returns must receive a return authorization prior to being sent back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping including insurance. As this is custom built work, a 30% restocking fee applies to all returns. Please make sure you order exactly what you need. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes in ordering -- even if you have just ordered the wrong length cable/cables.
EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY:
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee -- if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have a couple of options. Option 1 is a return for store credit (minus any shipping costs). Option 2 is a return for money back minus a 20% restocking fee. Also note that even in the case of store credit, all items must be returned in brand new condition with all packaging materials in tact and looking new. We reserve the right to charge customers for any costs associated with returning boxed goods to sellable condition.
