This notebook internal hard disk has a scorching 7,200 rpm rotational speed, which speeds up reading and writing data. This pace of the WD laptop had in turn helps boot the OS faster and load applications quicker. The Western Digital Scorpio WD2500BEKT’s 16 MB cache memory ensures applications get data readily to process and display. Designed to connect to a SATA 2 standard interface, this WD laptop had provides up to 300 MBps of data transfer rate. The notebook internal hard disk can be installed in both — a Windows laptop and an Apple Macintosh laptop.
