INTERNATIONAL PROCEDURES (Outside the U.S.)

  • International orders are shipped via USPS International Mail.
  • Priority International Mail does not come with tracking.  The number provided is a label number, not a tracking number.
  • Express International Mail comes with tracking and automatically insured for up to $100.
  • Shipments are processed in the order in which they are received the day after payment clears.  We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays.  Your shipment will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days from when your payment clears.
  • International shipments take an average of 4-6 weeks for delivery.  They may take up to 8 weeks due to customs.
  • Express International Mail has a faster movement through customs.
  • All duties, taxes and fees are due by the buyer (COD) upon delivery.  Buyer is responsible for observing all customs rules and regulations and BrandiesCloset is not responsible for packages held by customs.

Some of the products we offer were previously available for sale in a catalog or retail environment and exposed to appreciable customer contact.  In addition, since they are sent through a reverse supply chain (ex. from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse) they can show further signs of handling.  The following are examples of minor imperfections that are possible and will not be noted as flaws in the description. 

  • May need to be washed or dry-cleaned before wearing due to handling/makeup marks/deodorant marks from department stores.
  • Seam separations
  • Loose threads/beads/embellishments
  • Small snags or runs
  • Cut or snipped tags to prevent returns back to catalog company.
