Shipping & Handling

• We will Ship the same day or 1 day after payment received and processed.
• All goods will be shipped by registered air mail and will take 1 to 7 Days (Normal) to arrive.

For US buyers: Only deliver to verify address.

For International buyers: Only deliver to verify address.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of the date of shipment. We will exchange items or give you a refund for the full amount of your order less a restocking fee of 15% and exact shipping cost. Return must be in the original packaging. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number No refund for all sales after 30 days of receipt, and buyer must contact seller within 30 days of sale.

* For defective products return or replacement, buyers must contact seller within 14 days of receipt. Buyer must pay for returning the defective product. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number All products will be revise in our technical department, if found not defective upon inspection will be subject to 15% restocking fee and exact shipping cost. (If buyers want a refund.)

NOTE:

All items sent via Post Office or other freight companies are always carefully addressed and packed. However, we assume no liability for the late delivery or goods being missing or damaged while in transit. If such an event should happen, we will assist the buyer to track the item or seek any possible compensation.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

For International Buyers: We will ship the purchased item from the USPS office and the USPS will give us a Custom Form Number or tracking number, We will include this number in your order detail. Our responsibility ends in this moment; we do not accept any further responsibility or liability because we don’t control the delivery time and the customs rules of any Country.
