Payment for goods
 
When you have added a product to the online shopping basket/eBay basket and proceed to checkout you will be asked to fill out a form with your personal details.

The Billing Address must be the same as the Cardholder s Details. If the Billing Address does not match the address on the card being used for payment your order cannot be processed and there will be a delay with despatching your order or it will be cancelled. You will be contacted to verify such details, please ensure you provide a daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
 
When entering a different delivery address please check that you have entered the address and post code correctly to avoid any problems with sending out your order.

Salveo Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion or any order that appears to be fraudulent. 

Delivery Information
 
Royal Mail 1st Class delivery 1-2 days please note this is not a guaranteed next day service, on rare occasions delivery can take up to 15 working days.

Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery 3-5 days please note this is not a guaranteed service, on rare occasions delivery can take up to 15 working days.

Royal Mail Items are not classed as lost until 15 working days after their due date.

Courier DPD/Interlink deliveries are sent on a next day service within mainland UK, this is not a guaranteed service and may take longer.

With DPD/Interlink and Royal Mail Recorded deliveries, if no one is available to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for collection from a local depot. Customers must collect the item from the depot within 3-4 days or it will be returned to Eclipse Racing Ltd upon which a charge is incurred for re-sending the item. If the customer cancels the order, the charge of the item being collected and returned will be debited from the total amount originally paid for the goods. Please ensure that when you place an order someone is available to sign for the goods to avoid such problems.
 
Guarantees and Warranties
 
Our products (except consumables) are guaranteed for a period of 12 months. Most products include instruction manuals which provide detailed information on the product s warranties. In some cases the supplier may require that you complete and send off warranty registration documentation. These guarantees and warranties do not affect your statutory rights. If you have any queries regarding the product s guarantee or warranty, please email info@salveo.co.uk prior to purchase.

Refunds
 
Refunds will be made for orders cancelled within 7 days of ordering or for items returned within 7 days of delivery. All goods returned for refund, must be returned in the original undamaged packaging, unopened and in a perfect re-saleable condition to Salveo Ltd by insured post at the sender s expense. Please note: we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Items which are not faulty and are returned after 7 days may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% to cover the costs associated with sending out the item and the administrative time.
 
Full refunds will be made if the product ordered is delivered damaged or is faulty or if the product that is delivered differs from the one that was ordered. If the item was faulty, Salveo Ltd will refund all postage costs.
 
Claims for items that are received damaged must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. After this period, and in all circumstances after 14 days, repair and not replacement will be offered. All repairs will be carried out by Salveo Ltd or their contractors.
 
No opened software or DVD s will be accepted for refund. Faulty discs will be exchanged by the manufacturer.

Items such as Aquaflex, You breathe, Mediflo Pillows, the Dr Bee Nasal Aspirator and all feminine hygiene products will not be accepted back for refund if opened due to hygiene reasons.
 
Goods are not sold on a trial basis, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, however caused, including incidental returns cost.

Cancellations
 
All cancellations must be made in writing, either by email, fax or letter within 24 hours of ordering. If a cancellation is not received within 24 hours of ordering, the product may be returned unopened and in it s original packaging within 7 days for a full refund. Please refer to our refund conditions for more detailed information on our refund policy and the restocking fee.

 •We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. Goods are returned at your own cost unless the goods are faulty or the wrong goods have been supplied.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
