International Customers :
Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. ARJ Imports is not responsible for any import duties and/or import taxes. Our prices do NOT include these taxes, and they will be collected by the delivering freight company. If the shipment is refused, no refund will be issued.

Each product is unique and some asthetic variation should be accepted as no two hand made items will be identical. If we are unable to fulfill an order for any reason not limited to discovery of defect or dissimilarity (color, shade, etc.), we will notify you by e-mail and give you the option to have the item back ordered, or have you select another item of similar price for replacement. If the item cannot be back ordered, then you will have the same option of replacement or a full refund.
