This kit is an unassembled downloadable PDF file that is emailed to you, which you then print out on your home printer. Simply print out these PDF files and then, mount them onto thicker card as specified in the detailed instructions.

You will not receive anything by regular post.

There are four simple steps you require to complete.

1 Buy the kit

2. Download the PDF files emailed to you.

3. Print off the files on your home printer.

4. Stick onto card, cut out and assemble.

Simple and lots of fun!

The kit comes with detailed photographic instructions shown above.

If you make a mistake or want more buildings, simply re-print the kit from the original PDF file

The kit also comes with extra sheets of detailing pages so you can double the size of the building.

Each kit comes with lots of colour advertising posters and waybill posters

When you purchase a kit you will receive a number of PDF files by download. Some of these files are the kit, which comprises several standard North American "Letter" size (8.8" X 11" 216mm x 279mm) full colour pages.

The other PDF contains easy to follow illustrated "Letter" size colour instructions.

The building flats are based on North American buildings and are

simple to cut out and assemble.

We are an established Canadian model railway design, manufacturing and casting business working out of Hamilton, Ontario (3DK) and we have introduced a range of highly detailed North American card kits and accessories.

Each kit comes with detailed photographic instructions.

We use actual photographs of each building to produce our unique building kits.

We have put every effort into producing a very high quality kit for a very reasonable price.

Reserves

I do not list items with reserves. The price at which I list is the price at which it will sell if there are no other bids.

Postage Charges

Postage and shipping charges are at cost plus packing materials. Postage inside Canada will be by standard post, recorded or special delivery depending on final value. International postage will be by airmail unless stated otherwise.  Because of previous delivery delays I do not send by surface mail unless the circumstances are exceptional.

Postage charges will be adjusted for multiple purchases but please see my note about payment.

Payment

Prompt payment is requested. If you want to bid on any of my later listed items please pay as you go. I will adjust any final invoice to take into account postage discounts for multiple purchases. I just ask that you keep me informed.

Buy it Now

If I have not listed “Buy it Now” as an option then please do not email me asking me if I will sell immediately.

This is against eBay rules and we could both be penalised.

Shipment

I normally ship items within 2-3 days of the auction end, however occasionally I may only be able to get to the post office once a week because of my daytime work commitments.

Feedback

I will always give feedback but I like to know that the buyer is happy with the transaction. When you receive the goods let me know that everything is satisfactory via the eBay messaging system quoting the item No. We can then give each other mutual positive feedback.

Questions

I am always pleased to answer questions from serious buyers but please do not leave the question until the last few hours. Quite often I am not here for the end of the auction and I need time to reply.
