Tickets for an event more than 2 weeks away may not be available for delivery. Tickets will ship immediately when available from the venue ticket office.
Tickets in hand may be delivered the following business day, as up to 24 hours may be needed to process the order.

Refunds: Refunds are issued only if the event is completely canceled and not postponed for another date. Full listing price, less shipping charges, will be provided for officially completely canceled events. For officially canceled events, refunds must be requested no later than 10 days after the scheduled event date. Arrangements will be made to mail tickets back to our office to receive refund. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded. Original tickets will be valid for the new event date.

Please note: We are not notified of canceled events. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm changes to the date or time of event. In some cases, the final sale price is above the "face value" of the ticket. All sales are final.
