Damaged Items If you receive an item that is damaged during transit please contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. All items must be returned in original unopened packaging, and with original bows, ribbons, ties and etc. When you are packaging your item for return make sure it is securely packaged, if we receive your non damaged item back to us damaged no refund will be given. Once we issue you the RMA number we must receive your return within 10 days from the date the RMA was issued or no refund will be given. Engraved or personalized items are non returnable/ non refundable. We do verify with you the engraving/personalization before items are engraved or personalized. If a item is engraved/personalized and it was a mistake on our end (not what you had sent us) please contact us right away so we may correct the issue once it is verified it was our mistake.
